```Duties:```
-The primary role of a community support specialist is to implement treatment plans, document client progress, and provide services for program clients.

- Experience in childcare is preferred.
- Ability to supervise children.
- Proficient in documentation.
- Familiarity with autistic or adhd children is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
